34. William Barber - Founder of Blue Door Development

In 2017 rumblings were being made around town of new real estate developers known as “The Alaska Boys.”  The Alaska Boys, also known as William Barber and Blue Door Development, moved to Mansfield, Ohio with a vision to invest and develop real estate.  William and his team identified a tremendous opportunity to add value to existing multi family properties and build new multi family properties as well. Twenty one building permits were issued in the city of Mansfield in the last year, and twenty of those permits belong to William and Blue Door!  William and his team continue to build and improve real estate in Richland County.
